Hello! At the end of the summer we enjoyed a weekend getaway to Chicago. It was fun to see some of our old haunts from when we lived in the suburbs and to see the beautiful lake. The Brookfield Zoo was fun for the kids and we also visited the Museum of Natural History. The kids really enjoyed the Egypt exhibit. We got to pet and feed stingrays (without the stingers) and ate at a lovely Italian restaurant. We enjoyed live music and walking in Grant Park. It was a great weekend!
